Chef Yves Camdeborde returns in the program "La Table des bons vivants" on the Beaujolais new vintage 2021 which has been tasted since Thursday.

The chef has noted a general improvement in the quality of these wines over the past ten years, and reveals the bottles that have caught his eye, especially that of Kéké Descombes.

"We find a Beaujolais Nouveau at 12 degrees, which is on the fruit, light. We find the soul, the authenticity of Gamay. And it's frank, straight, it is drunk very easily", emphasizes Yves Camdeborde who does not Full of praise for this wine, sold for 12 euros a bottle. "These are wines of good and beautiful moments. They are wines for sharing", continues the chef, who also highlights other productions.

"There is a fine generation which has been able to clear the brush" Beaujolais Nouveau for ten years, he says.

"The Jules Métras, Kéké Descombes, Mathieu and Camille Lapierre, Alex Foilard ... have reappropriated this tradition, but in a qualitative way. They treat this wine like their grands crus", affirms Yves Camdeborde.
