“We are ready to participate in a number of projects, mainly on a commercial basis,” TASS quoted Kabulov as saying.
He stressed that Russia has no plans to "lay eyes" on any wealth of underground minerals in Afghanistan.
“Probably, over time, all this will work for the interests of the Afghan people and the state as a whole,” Kabulov suggested.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, spoke about the provision of humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and the export of citizens of Russia, Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine from this country.
