The regulation identified two types of violations of private lessons, the first is the practice of private teaching activity “private lessons”, by presenting them through direct contact “personal meeting”, in public or private places or home visits, for or without compensation, for all educational levels, or allowing them to be presented Organizing or mediating.

As for the second violation, which is sports training, the regulation stipulates that the ban on practicing private sports training activity, of all kinds, "individual or group classes", shall apply without obtaining a permit from the concerned authorities.

The regulation established a penalty to be applied to both violations, which is a fine of 30,000 dirhams for the person who submits, organizes or mediates them, and a fine of 20,000 dirhams for the person responsible for private places, who was allowed to submit, organize or mediate in them.
