SVT was able to report earlier today that the suspicions have been sharpened against the man who has a managerial position in the Swedish authority and who also worked for Säpo and the Armed Forces, among others.

The prosecutor now requests that he be arrested for gross espionage that has taken place for over ten years.

When the man in charge was arrested in September, he was suspected of espionage, but when he was requested to be detained a few days later, the suspicion was the lesser crime, a grossly unauthorized position with secret information.

This week, another man was arrested in the case on suspicion of gross espionage.

On Thursday afternoon, he was also requested to be detained.

When the arrest petition now became public, it appears that the suspect is the man's brother.

Unlike his brother, he works in the private sector.

SVT Nyheter is looking for the man's defense lawyer and chief prosecutor Per Lindqvist.
