“We have subjects, there are more than ten of them today, which are already in decline.

There are subjects that have stopped and do not grow further.

And Moscow is showing the maximum value today - the incidence has dropped by almost 23%, ”she said during a meeting with President Vladimir Putin.

An increase in the incidence at the end of last week was observed only in the Amur Region, where measures are being taken to change the situation.

According to her, non-working days and the QR code system introduced in 77 Russian regions gave a good effect in the fight against the spread of the virus.

“Strengthening the mask regime, all the measures that are being taken today in the constituent entities, of course, have their effect and, most importantly, an increase in the rate, an increase in the rate of vaccination, which is extremely important,” she stressed.

According to her, the coverage of testing for COVID-19 has been increased by one and a half times in Russia.

The head of Rospotrebnadzor also said that now all patients with signs of acute respiratory viral infections will have to be tested for coronavirus infection without fail.

In addition, she drew attention to the fact that in a number of subjects, proposals have been introduced for the priority vaccination of people over 60 years old and students, which "is also already giving its effect today."

On the eve of the mandatory vaccination for people over 60 years old introduced the authorities of the Penza and Kaliningrad regions.

Anna Popova also said that among the vaccinated Russians, up to 2.5% get coronavirus.

“In the Ministry of Health, there is one personal register for the sick, and the second for the vaccinated.

Comparison of the two registers clearly shows how many people got sick among the vaccinated, ”she said.

“We have developed two more vaccines that are undergoing preclinical trials today.

Other platforms, but nevertheless, are aimed at a similar principle of operation, ”he said.

At the same time, the director of the center.

Chumakova, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Aydar Ishmukhametov said that the institution began developing two vaccines for the prevention of coronavirus infection based on the delta strain COVID-19.

The drugs were named "CoviVac delta mono" and "CoviVac Combi".

“We are leaning more towards the second version and are waiting for the decision of the regulatory system.

A decision may be made to make it as a new product, ”he said.

In addition, he said that the center intends to produce the KoviVac vaccine in the form of five-dose vials.

“We have single-dose ampoules and are now bringing in vials of five doses.

We believe that it will be necessary for the situation in some other countries, for export ... ”, - said Ishmukhametov.

The head of the center also confirmed that the drug "KoviVac" is suitable for revaccination of people who have previously received another vaccine.

“We believe that, in principle, a combination of vaccines on different platforms is quite possible for the formation of immunity.

And today this is confirmed by international approaches, ”he said.

Meanwhile, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree extending the simplified procedure for registering drugs for coronavirus until January 1, 2023.

The validity of already issued temporary registration certificates for such drugs is extended for the same period.

The government noted that such a decision will prevent disruptions in the supply of drugs to pharmacies, hospitals and clinics.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development announced the start of printing paper vaccination certificates with a QR code at the MFC.

The paper version contains a QR code, expiration date and the owner's surname.
