“Look what is happening in the Russian-speaking regions of Donetsk and Lugansk ... According to the latest data from the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, over the past two weeks the number of ceasefire violations has increased by one and a half times and amounted to about 6,700,” said the diplomat, quoted by TASS.

Kuzmin recalled that for the period of October 11-24, OSCE representatives recorded that all the destruction of residential buildings, schools and other civilian infrastructure took place only on the territory of the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass.

"Kiev's aggressive behavior is growing, it is constantly pumped up with weapons by Western sponsors," the diplomat added.

In October, Ukraine received a third batch of US security "assistance" for the needs of the army, which includes ammunition, anti-tank and precision weapons.

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov noted that the plans of the United States to supply weapons to Kiev would only exacerbate the situation in southeastern Ukraine.
