- It is of course a pity for the students who have started their education and now risk not being able to complete it.
But I believe that vaccination will be a requirement in the future, both from us and from other colleges and universities in Sweden.
What response have you received from those concerned?
- As head of department, I have not received any response at all, but I know that there are few students who have reacted to this.
Informs new students
Dalarna University now also informs students who have applied for nursing education for the spring semester.
- You must know about the conditions, therefore we have informed that you must be vaccinated against covid-19 to complete your exhalation.
Student Union: Reasonable requirement
In a written comment, Linn Svärd, chairman of Sweden's united student unions, writes:
“Both higher education institutions, VFU and internships have a work environment responsibility ... Based on what I know, the student union believes that in the current situation with the current recommendation on restrictions, it is a reasonable requirement from the region.
”
