The moderates thus stand by their previous message.

The Sweden Democrats' party leader Jimmie Åkesson, who also visited Aktuellt, seemed to take the statement calmly.

- I'm not doing this because I want a position or a certain portfolio.

I'm doing this because we have real problems that need to be addressed and we have found a common direction to solve many of these problems, he says.

- It is an important new direction that we are outlining here.

The Christian Democrats' party leader Ebba Busch also thinks so.

- It gives the Swedish people hope, she says. 

The three parties want, among other things, to see reduced taxes for workers and pensioners, higher police salaries and lower petrol taxes.

To succeed, they want about 20 billion to be redistributed in the government's proposed budget.
