A 7-year-old child was mown down by a car on Monday in Sarcelles (Val-d'Oise).

The accident happened in front of a primary school at around 1:45 p.m., as the young boy was crossing the road with his father.

The victim was taken care of by the firefighters then the doctors of Smur, before being evacuated in absolute emergency to the Robert-Debré hospital in Paris, reports

A psychological unit was therefore set up by the National Education at the request of the school director.
