Nuances Café: Nuances Café

Experiences> Workshop / Tasting - 4-11 euros

When conservation and highlighting of the architectural heritage and love of coffee meet! This is the story of Café Nuances, a brand new place dedicated to specialty coffees located between the Opéra Garnier and Place Vendôme. Coffee is king here: Charles and Raphaël Corrot, two brothers who are passionate about coffee, wanted to create a new place in Paris, in order to enhance coffee. In the program ? Five nuances of coffee, all different: one immerses you in a field of flowers, the other has notes of tobacco while the "meteorite" coffee from Colombia surprises you with its smell of…. mango! Charles tells us that he “cuppé” more than 300 coffees before arriving at this demanding and contrasting selection allowing each one to find the coffee which corresponds to him. If the cafe is the star of the place, the establishment is also an incredible setting: the Uchronia studio has indeed staged the brand's identity in an iconic Art Deco-listed place, thus creating the surprise of an old creamery that is transformed into an urban coffee shop. Our favorite (beyond the coffee!): A painted glass ceiling dating from the 1920s and of course, the front of the 100-year-old roasting house!
