Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed visits the pavilions of the Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore

His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, visited the pavilions of the Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore at the Expo 2020 Dubai.

His Highness was briefed on the pioneering innovations and the topics displayed in the pavilions of the three countries in the Sustainability Zone at the Expo.

His Highness also praised the efforts of the work teams, the efforts to use the latest technical methods, and to suggest various methods to advance the global advanced sustainable solutions, including facing climate change and improving the quality of life of community members.

His Highness stressed the importance of international events, such as the "Expo" and the United Nations Climate Conference "COP28", to be held in the UAE by 2023, in providing opportunities to exchange knowledge and build partnerships with relevant authorities in order to meet international challenges.

It is worth noting that the Netherlands pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai is full of sustainable solutions around water and food production, and energy generation through technical innovations, including relying on a vertical cone-shaped farm.

The New Zealand pavilion focuses on topics that highlight the importance of 'caring for people and place', and highlights sustainable development and prosperity.

The Singapore pavilion showcases environmentally friendly facilities through the use of energy-efficient systems.
