An opinion poll conducted by "Trends" for Research and Consulting, for the benefit of "Emirates Today", showed that 80% of society members are determined to visit Expo 2020 Dubai, while 52% of them prefer to visit the global event with their families, and that more than three pavilions want participants to Her visits are the pavilions of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.

According to the survey, more than half of the respondents prefer to visit “Expo 2020 Dubai” with their families by 52%, while 37% prefer to visit it with their friends, while 11% of them prefer to visit “Expo 2020 Dubai” individually, while 16% of the respondents The sample visit the exhibition.

Society members stressed that the most things that the UAE will achieve from organizing Expo 2020 Dubai is to attract 63% more tourists to the country, attract more investments by 59%, and create new job opportunities by 54%.

The survey showed that what interests Expo 2020 Dubai visitors the most, is seeing new innovations and world-class technology for the participating countries by 85%, discovering the arts, history and cultures of different countries by 68%, and the designs of the architectural pavilions of the participating countries by 57%.

And he indicated that the most important topics that the survey participants wish to discuss at the Expo are the environment (pollution, global warming, desertification), by 67%, health and epidemics and ways to prevent and combat them by 61%, in addition to investment opportunities by 47%.

The sample size was 639 individuals from the UAE community, and the percentage of female participation in the survey was higher than males at 54% compared to 46% for males, and the percentage of participants from foreign nationalities was 76% compared to 24% for Arab nationalities.

According to the survey, the highest age group in which it participated was the age group (30-39 years) at 41%, then the age group (40-49 years) at 30%, and in the third place was the age group (18-29 years) at 17%, and finally The age group (50 years and over) is 12%, and more than half of the respondents hold a bachelor's degree by 54%.

82% of the respondents came from the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai;

By 34% for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and 48% for the Emirate of Dubai.

The Emirati community stressed that the most factors that the respondents believe enhance the image of the UAE during its organization of "Expo 2020 Dubai" are the presentation of the UAE's achievements in various sectors of development by 93%, and the presentation of the material heritage of the UAE (crafts, archaeological forts, museums) and introducing it to 61%, and also introducing the charitable works and humanitarian aid adopted by the state by 53%.

The newspaper "Emirates Today" and the "Trends" Center for Research and Consultations, recently signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation, with the aim of establishing a general framework for partnership and coordination between the two parties in the research and media fields, in order to achieve their common goals in supporting scientific research sober in the media, and employing it to serve the audience of readers, in addition to Providing a dose of scientific and knowledge in a simplified press content that suits different intellectual and age groups.
