Violent battles on the Ma'rib fronts, and the "Coalition" destroys a Houthi missile base in Taiz

Today, the fronts of southern Marib governorate witnessed violent battles between the Yemeni army and tribes on the one hand, and the Houthi militia on the other, while hit-and-run battles continued on the western front, with the Arab coalition fighters continuing to raid sites, targets and Houthi combat mechanisms in separate areas.

Field sources confirmed the continuation of violent battles between the two sides on the Juba and Harib fronts, south of Marib, with the purification of the retaken areas in the vicinity of Ma`la` Harib, Um Reesh camp, Wadi Dhanna, and Jabal Al-Faliha, on the outskirts of Juba, noting that 23 Houthis were killed in the recent battles in These fronts, and wounding and capturing others, bringing the number of Houthi deaths during the past 24 hours in the vicinity of Marib to 148.

The army and tribes forces, backed by the Arab coalition, had recaptured Aqabat Mala’a, which is a strategic area, for the Houthis’ supply lines between Harib and Juba, and was able to target the Al-Sawad Mountains, Arak Dana, and the Karif side, in the vicinity of the Al-Zour and Balaq front in the vicinity of the city of Ma’rib.

The battles coincided with a series of coalition air raids, targeting several Houthi sites and reinforcements in different areas of the governorate’s districts, which led to the destruction of 43 Houthi combat vehicles and the killing of more than 230 Houthis during the past 48 hours.



On the northeastern front, field sources confirmed the defeat of the Houthi militias on all fronts, after three days of battles in which the militias incurred heavy losses, and all their attacks and plans failed, as the remaining members fled from the fronts between Marib and Al-Jawf, reaching the outskirts of Raghwan District.

The sources indicated that all the reinforcements sent by the militias to the northeastern front were crushed, as well as the destruction of combat vehicles and the spoils of large quantities of weapons, equipment and ammunition during the battles of the past three days.

On the other hand, the reconnaissance teams of the army and tribes monitored Houthi movements in the vicinity of the Al-Kasara, Al-Mushajah and Dhanna fronts, where Houthi reinforcements arrived from Sirwah, led by Adnan Al-Awaj and Rajeh Al-Jaradi.

In Al-Jawf, the Houthi militias sent huge reinforcements towards the Al-Alam front, coming from the city of Al-Hazm, the capital of the province, while the battles continued between the two sides on the Al-Nadod and Jadafer fronts, east of Bir Al-Maraziq.

In Shabwa, the tribes, gatherings and sit-ins in the governorate’s districts, on November 16, marked the day of the gathering of the people of the governorate in the Al-Watta area in the Nisab district, to determine the priorities for the next stage, in the face of the Houthi militias and the Islah militias.

The tribes of the Usaylan, Bayhan and Ain districts, from the Al-Khasha'a, Al-Hanak, Al Ishaq, Al Baras, Al Shams - Rabeez, and Al Ateeq, had arrived in the Nisab district to participate in the gathering, gatherings and crowds preparing to start resisting the Houthi militia.

Meanwhile, the Islah militia deliberately placed obstacles in front of the people of the province to prevent them from participating in the upcoming meeting in the Nisab district, and deployed their armed elements on the highway linking Bayhan and Ataq Shabwa, specifically in Wadi Al-Harem Al-Safra, south of Asilan, which posed a threat to the people of the province, as they are targeting passers-by on that road.

In Taiz, Arab coalition fighters destroyed a ballistic missile launcher in Jabal Uman, east of the city of Taiz, and also targeted Houthi sites and targets in the vicinity of Taiz Airport and Camp Tariq Air Base.

In Hodeidah, the joint forces confirmed that they have begun implementing their plan that defines defensive lines that secure the battle of the coast and keeps Tihama ready for any developments that may occur on the front lines against the Houthi militia, noting that the joint forces in the units and military formations are all committed to their battle in every inch of the confrontation. Houthi militias.

On the other hand, the joint forces thwarted Houthi movements in the vicinity of the districts of Al-Tuhayta and Hays, and clashed with them with weapons and incurred heavy losses in equipment and lives.

In Ibb, the Houthi militia kidnapped dozens of the governorate's youth and took them to an unknown destination, according to local sources.
