The Covid-19 cases in Italy. Today there are 8,544 new infections with 540,371 swabs (positive rate of 1.6%) and 53 deaths.
Yesterday 8,516 cases with 498,935 swabs (rate at 1.7%) and 68 deaths.
The total rises to 132,739 victims since the beginning of the epidemic. Admissions are still growing, with intensive care units increasing by 8 units (yesterday +23) with 39 admissions on the day, and rising to 453, while ordinary admissions are 72 more (yesterday +16), 3,597 in all.
