The Ministry of Health and Community Protection recommended withdrawing a batch of a medical product used to treat high blood pressure, due to the presence of impurities, and also requested a pharmaceutical company to add a warning to a drug used to treat multiple sclerosis, as it may cause the death of some tissues injected.

In a circular addressed to all health facilities and health care practitioners, the ministry stated that the company producing the drug "Zargo Tablets 50 mg", which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure, carried out a voluntary withdrawal of one batch of the medical product, bearing the number "LPA21001" after the company received a notification. The presence of impurities in proportions higher than the permissible limit.
