“QR codes confirming that a citizen has been vaccinated against coronavirus or has been ill with COVID-19 will be required when visiting hotels, health resorts, saunas and baths, as well as non-food stores, regardless of the area of the trading floor,” the message says.
It is noted that the new restrictions will take effect from November 23.
Earlier, Minister of Agriculture Artyom Bakhterev said that the authorities of the Sverdlovsk region are considering a ban on the sale of alcohol without a QR code on vaccination against coronavirus.
