  Guiding Case No. 166 "Beijing Longchang Weiye Trading Co., Ltd. v. Beijing Urban Construction Heavy Industry Co., Ltd." The problem is whether the people's court supports the request for reduction of liquidated damages in the settlement agreement liquidated damages litigation.
