Jiang Xun was suspected of conspiring with the principal criminal Zhao Zhubin from September to November 2019 to coerce 18 people, including 7 children and adolescents, to shoot and produce sexually exploited videos for the purpose of selling and disseminating them in the Telegram "Doctor Room" for profit. He was prosecuted for violating the "Child and Adolescent Sexual Protection Act" and organizing criminal gangs.

  Jiang Xun assisted the principal criminal Zhao Zhubin in the management and operation of the "Doctor's Room" since its inception.

The prosecution believes that the "Doctor's Room" group divides labor for the purpose of crime and specifies internal rules, not just sharing obscene information and identifying it as a criminal group.

  After the Supreme Court sentenced Zhao Zhubin to 42 years in prison, the same day Jiang Xun was found guilty of organizing and operating a criminal gang.

  The case in which Jiang Xun and Zhao Zhubin were charged separately in April 2020 for coercing women to provide nude selfies is currently being heard in the first instance.
