H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Border Security Council, witnessed the celebration of the Higher Colleges of Technology for the graduation of 650 students of the Applied Engineering Program, batch of 2021 "Future Makers", which was held at the headquarters of "Expo 2020 Dubai". In the presence of the Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Enterprises, President of the Higher Colleges of Technology, Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Belhoul Al Falasi, and Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology, Professor Abdul Latif Al Shamsi, and a number of dignitaries and officials, members of the teaching and administrative staff and parents of graduates.

Belhoul announced, on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Colleges of Technology, the graduation of 650 graduates from the Applied Engineering Program, including 68 graduates who obtained “excellent” and “excellent with honors” ranks, out of a total of 3,848 graduates of the class of 2021. Those who have successfully completed their studies and obtained their university degrees with merit.

For his part, the Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology congratulated the graduates of the “Future Makers” batch, stressing that they are an exceptional batch, as they graduate in the “fiftieth year” and from the site of the “Expo 2020 Dubai” global event, and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, To make this day an unforgettable memory for each graduate, and an incentive for them to excel, pointing out that the graduates of the Colleges of Technology today are highly prepared for the future, especially that among the class of 2021 we have 3250 graduates, equivalent to 85%, who, in addition to their academic graduation certificate, hold specialized professional certificates. It is globally accredited, and that 221 graduates, or 6% of this batch, succeeded in establishing their own start-ups through the Colleges’ Creative Free Economic Zones.
