Fourth, and the opening of a center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which confirms the role of science and technology in our mission today.”

Schwab continued, “When we look at the world today, we see many difficulties that stand against designing and building the future.

The most prominent of them are three, the first is that many people have retracted themselves, and this is one of the repercussions of the global pandemic, because shaping and designing the future usually requires work and a common will, without which it is difficult to design the future.

The second difficulty is that we are all too focused on the pandemic, and do not deal with other challenges that threaten humanity, and the third challenge lies in the fact that the world has become very complex, and it has become difficult to separate social, political, technological or environmental issues and challenges, all of which are interconnected, Therefore, simple solutions are not sufficient to deal with complex problems, and for these three reasons, it has become very difficult to work in an integrated manner to reach solutions together.”
