The Ministry of Health and Community Protection recorded 82 new cases of the emerging coronavirus "Covid-19", and the recovery of 97 new cases of people with "Corona", and no deaths were recorded from the repercussions of the Corona virus, during the past 24 hours.

The ministry stated that, in line with the plan to expand and increase the scope of examinations in the country, with the aim of early detection, counting and isolating cases infected with the Corona virus and those in contact with them, 246,170 new examinations were conducted during the past 24 hours, on different groups in society, using the best and latest medical examination techniques. .

She added that the intensification of investigation procedures and the expansion of the scope of examinations at the state level contributed to the detection of 82 new cases of the emerging coronavirus of different nationalities, all of which are stable cases, and are subject to the necessary health care, bringing the total registered cases to 740,729 cases.

And she confirmed that no deaths were recorded due to the repercussions of the Corona virus, during the past 24 hours, and thus the number of deaths in the country remains 2,142 cases.

The Ministry announced the recovery of 97 new cases of people infected with the emerging coronavirus “Covid-19” and their full recovery from the symptoms of the disease, after receiving the necessary health care since entering the hospital, bringing the total number of recovery cases to 735,270 cases.

In addition, the Ministry of Health and Community Protection announced that 30,287 doses of the “Covid-19” vaccine had been provided during the past 24 hours, bringing the total doses that were provided until yesterday, 21 million and 459 thousand and 764 doses, and the rate of vaccine distribution is 216.98 doses per 100 people. .

She indicated that this comes in line with the plan to provide the "Covid-19" vaccine, in an effort to reach the acquired immunity resulting from vaccination, which will help reduce the number of cases and control the "Covid-19" virus.
