The sky will be overcast and it will rain fairly steadily in the Pyrénées-Orientales until midday, it will snow on the massifs from 2,000 m. The minimum temperatures will range from 6 to 10 on the Atlantic coast, between 8 and 11 on the Channel coasts, around 12 to 14 on the Mediterranean shore, between 0 and 6 in the interior of the country for the minimum but the mercury will drop to -3 degrees in Burgundy, Champagne, Sologne. 

The Mediterranean arc will remain subject to rather gloomy and rainy weather on Thursday, according to Météo-France forecasts.

In the afternoon, this precipitation will become more scattered and will stop in the evening to give way to sunny spells.

From Midi-Pyrénées to Languedoc and the PACA region, the sky will most often be overcast giving some rains, snow around 2,000 m in the Pyrenees, 2,500 m in the Alps.

The wind will remain sensitive on the Var coast

In the second part of the day, this precipitation will shift towards the Mediterranean shore but will take on a stormy character on the Provençal coast. The wind will remain sensitive on the Var coast, blowing up to 70 km / h in peaks. In Corsica, after a start to the day under a heavy sky with scattered rains, instability will restart in the morning, thunderstorms will be expected at midday, accompanied by more sustained rains in the afternoon. On the fringes of this rainy system, the sky will be loaded with fairly thick high-altitude clouds up to a good northern half of the country. Everywhere else, the phenomena of low layers, mists, fogs and low clouds will gradually dissipate but pockets of humidity will resist in places, in the Alsace plain in particular.

Up to -3 degrees in Burgundy, Champagne, Sologne

The clouds will dominate on the Channel coast until midday, a few drops will even be expected from the mouth of the Seine to the Côte-d'Opale then this grayness will evacuate in the direction of the North Sea.
