Rector Shaninki said that the lawyers submitted to the Moscow City Court a forensic medical examination about the presence of diseases that hindered his detention, but the court did not take it into account and changed the measure of restraint from house arrest to detention.

Zuev also told the POC that after the operation, the FSIN officer brought him to City Clinical Hospital No. 20, but he refused to be hospitalized there.
