Mohammed bin Rashid attends the "Al-Adiyat...The Boy and the Horse" show at Expo 2020 Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, attended a theatrical performance entitled "The Ordinary... The Boy and the Horse", which was held at Al Wasl Square at Expo 2020 Dubai.

The presentation was attended by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Expo 2020 Dubai Higher Committee, and Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of the Expo 2020 Dubai Bureau.

The work, inspired by the book “My Story” by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, tells the story of a young boy, blessed by God with a piercing vision, who grows up and becomes a leader. The story includes the mare “Suda or Hallaj” who rediscovers her love for life, and the work is presented through a poetic narration , highlights the concept that human abilities may not be visible, but only need to be refined in order for it to appear its true luster.

The theatrical performance, which is directed by Amna Belhoul, Executive Creative Director, Entertainment Activities and Events, Expo 2020 Dubai, and extends for about 20 minutes, highlights situations that were excerpted from three specific stories included in the book “My Story”, which are: “Latifa” and “First Horses” stories. And “The First Race”, the show will continue at the Expo until the eighteenth of November.

The show includes five paintings: “The Beginning and the Dream,” “The Choice,” “Cure,” and “Training,” in addition to the last painting that bore the name “The End,” in which the young knight appears on the horse, after completing his treatment. .
