Ministry of Education: Enrollment preparation and school adaptation education will be fully implemented starting next fall semester

　　Recently, the Ministry of Education announced its response to the recommendation No. 8297 of the Fourth Session of the 13th National People's Congress.

In response to the suggestion to "strengthen the connection between young and primary sciences", the Ministry of Education replied that starting from the autumn semester of 2022, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will comprehensively implement school preparation and school adaptation education.

　　Regarding the deployment and implementation of the pilot work for the connection between young and young, the Ministry of Education stated that it will prepare for school in kindergartens, and will help children to prepare for life, society and learning in the next semester of large classes.

Primary schools do a good job in school adaptation education, strengthen the awareness of active connection, and reform the first-year education and teaching methods. The national curriculum mainly adopts gamification, life-oriented, and integrated methods to implement courses, and effectively changes the phenomenon of neglecting children's physical and mental characteristics and accepting abilities.

Instruct all counties (districts) as the unit to select a batch of experimental areas and pilot parks (schools) for connection between kindergartens and primary schools, and strengthen the research cooperation between kindergarten and elementary school teachers in curriculum, teaching, management, and teaching research.

　　Regarding the management of off-campus training for pre-school education, the Ministry of Education stated that it will carry out online training for pre-school children, and carry out offline disciplines (including foreign language) training in the name of preschool, preschool transition classes, thinking training classes, and trusteeship classes. Once discovered, off-campus training institutions that conduct training activities such as children’s physical and mental development laws and accepting abilities will seriously investigate and deal with them, and hold relevant personnel accountable.
