Germany called the transportation of migrants through Belarus "state smuggling"

“What the government has arranged there, the regime in Minsk is state smuggling.

This is 100% due to people who are lured into the country with false promises, who pay money for it in the hope that this is the way to the European Union, "RIA Novosti quoted Seibert as saying.

Speaking about the fate of migrants, he noted that “it is not enough to call it degrading of human dignity”. 

“This is all happening as a hybrid attack on the European Union,” Seibert added.

Earlier it was reported that the ministers of foreign affairs of the EU countries on November 15 will discuss the expansion of sanctions against Belarus in connection with the situation with migrants.
