In all regions of Russia, measures to combat coronavirus infection have been strengthened, including disinfection in transport, taxis, and public places.

This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council under the Government to combat the spread of COVID-19.

“On behalf of the President, we are increasing the testing of citizens for infection.

More than a thousand laboratories are already in operation.

Vaccination against coronavirus continues.

In total, almost 80 million doses were sent to the regions.

Everyone who has been vaccinated will receive a certificate.

It is automatically displayed on the public services portal.

From November 16, it will be available in paper form in multifunctional centers.

For many, this option is more convenient, ”said the head of the Cabinet.

He also noted that, taking into account the recommendations of sanitary doctors and the epidemiological situation, the non-working day regime was extended in five constituent entities of the Russian Federation - in the Novgorod, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk, Kursk and Smolensk regions.

Recall that the federal non-working day regime was in effect from October 30 to November 7 inclusive.

At the same time, Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko stressed that the period of non-working days and the restrictive measures taken helped to reverse the epidemiological situation.

According to him, last week the increase in the number of patients who are under the supervision of doctors slowed down - a total of about 1.36 million.

“Undoubtedly, the decrease is due to the non-working days regime introduced by the president and regional measures.

These measures made it possible to turn the tide, ”stressed the head of the Ministry of Health.

At the same time, according to him, from October 30 to November 7, 3.7 million people were vaccinated.

In total, more than 62 million Russians have already been vaccinated with at least one component of the vaccines in the country, almost 4.5 million citizens have been revaccinated.

“The coronavirus continues to pose a danger, and in the regions it is important not to miss any opportunities to increase the rate of vaccination, we are doing this,” he said.

The leading regions in terms of vaccination rates are Kalmykia, Primorsky Krai, Tyumen, Penza, Lipetsk regions, Chukotka and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs.

“We see a high efficiency of the“ QR code in exchange for a service ”measure.

Today this is being implemented by many regions, and this is indeed the path of security, ”the minister added.

In 77 regions of the country, a system of QR codes has been introduced for using certain services, in turn, said the country's chief sanitary doctor Anna Popova.

“Exceeding the average Russian indicators for the past week was registered in 32 regions.

Three weeks earlier, this number was almost 50, - she said - A steady upward trend is maintained in only three regions.

At the same time, Popova noted that the increase in the incidence rate remains low in 61 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, a clear decrease in six constituent entities, and the absence of significant dynamics in 18 constituent entities.

According to her, four weeks ago, the weekly growth rate of cases was almost 18%, while last week it was 2.1%.

“This indicates a slowdown in the epidemiological process.

And this is, of course, the result of the interruption of the epidemiological process as a result of non-working days, ”said the head of Rospotrebnadzor.

She also urged to maintain control over the implementation of restrictive measures in the regions.

“In order for us to hold our positions and go further to reduce the incidence and stabilize the epidemiological situation, of course, we need to maintain those restrictive measures that have already been introduced, and, of course, we need to tighten control over the introduction of all measures that have been taken at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Federation, ”Popova stated.

In Russia, the total number of detected cases of COVID-19 reached 8,873,655 (39,160 in the last day).

“All this suggests that the spread of coronavirus infection has slowed down.

This, of course, does not mean that we should calm down, fold our hands and only watch the situation.

We need to continue working to improve the situation, ”said the mayor.

Over the past week in the capital, about 100 thousand people were vaccinated with the first component, another 100 thousand citizens signed up for vaccination.

In addition, the city is increasing the volume of express tests.

“We will follow the further development of the covid situation.

This week, I think, will be fundamental for us.

We will look at the indicators at the end of the week and based on the analysis we will make a decision on further measures.

I hope that the situation will be more or less stable, ”Sobyanin stated.

These two measures also affect the capital's theaters and museums, whose occupancy should not exceed 70% of the total capacity of the hall.
