On Monday evening, the police announced that a woman had been found dead in an apartment in Falköping.
- It is a woman in her 40s who has been reported missing after relatives and co-workers have not been able to get in touch with her.
We've been looking for her since November 6th.
Today we found her dead in an apartment in central Falköping, says Anna Göransson, the police's spokesperson.
One person arrested
The police have now started a preliminary investigation into the murder.
One person has been arrested.
- I can not provide any more information than that at the moment.
We hope to be able to go out with more information tomorrow, says Anna Göransson, the police's spokesperson.
The relatives of the deceased woman have been notified.
