According to the court, on November 2, the protocols under Part 2 of Art.

13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia entered the judicial department of the magistrate No. 422 of the Tagansky district.

Google and Telegram may face punishment in the form of a fine ranging from 800 thousand rubles to 4 million rubles.

The court will consider the protocol against Telegram on November 18.

According to the minutes regarding Google, the meeting has not yet been scheduled. 

Earlier, Roskomnadzor reported that since the beginning of this year, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, TikTok and Google have been fined 180 million rubles for not deleting prohibited information in Russia.
