Chinanews, November 8th, according to Korean media reports, on the 8th local time, the latest polls released by the Korean Institute of Social Opinion (KSOI) for the presidential election showed that South Korea’s largest opposition party National Forces presidential candidate Yoon Seokyue (43%), Lee Jae-Ming (31.2%), the candidate of the leading Democratic Party of the ruling party, has a difference beyond the margin of error.
According to the report, from the 5th to the 6th local time, the South Korean Social Public Opinion Research conducted a survey of the support rate of the next presidential election with 1,009 people over 18 years old in South Korea.
The results showed that Yoon Seok-yue, the presidential candidate of the largest opposition party in South Korea, led the way with a support rate of 43%, an increase of 10.6 percentage points from the previous week.
Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea’s ruling party, followed closely with 31.2%, a drop of 2 percentage points from the previous week.
Followed by the Korean National Party candidate An Cheol-soo (4.7%), Justice Party candidate Shen Sang-joon (3.7%), and former economic deputy prime minister Kim Dong-yan (1.4%).
According to the report, assuming that the ruling and the opposition face off against each other, Yin Xiyue leads Li Zaiming 35.2% with 47.3%, and the gap widens.
Analysis believes that this is mainly due to the end of the KMT's inner-party primary elections, which pushed up the attention of supporters.
According to reports, the reliability of this poll is 95%, and the sampling error is ±3.1%.
According to previous reports, a recent survey released by South Korean polling agency HANGIL Research showed that nearly 60% of South Koreans hope that the largest opposition party, the national power, will achieve regime change.
