"The Government of the Republic of Panama ... regrets that the general elections in Nicaragua, held on November 7, 2021, did not provide the minimum guarantees necessary for a free, participatory, fair and transparent electoral process." said in a message from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama.
