Belarus and Russia signed an intergovernmental agreement on the transportation of nuclear materials

“The document was signed as part of the implementation of the Union program in the field of nuclear energy, approved by the Heads of State on November 4.

The agreement defines the procedure for the transportation of nuclear materials between countries, ”the message says.

It is noted that “during the meeting, which took place in Moscow, Viktor Karankevich and Aleksey Likhachev discussed the progress of the BelNPP construction project, as well as issues of further cooperation between Belarus and the State Atomic Energy Corporation“ Rosatom ”.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko approved the Military Doctrine of the Union State.

On November 4, Putin and Lukashenko signed an integration decree approving the union programs of the two countries.
