  According to reports, in the No. 3 car of "Sakura 401" on the Kyushu Shinkansen in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, a passenger spilled an unknown liquid on the floor and then lit the paper with a lighter to ignite the liquid.

  The train came to an emergency stop due to the sound of the alarm in the car.

The fire was quickly extinguished before it spread, and no one has been injured yet.

  According to the report, in the investigation after the incident, the suspect said: "I want to imitate the Keio Line incident last month."

  It was previously reported that on October 31, local time, a man stabbed and set fire to a train on the Tokyo Keio Line.

The incident has caused 17 injuries, including 1 seriously.

  The Japanese police arrested the man on charges of attempted homicide. Faced with the investigation, the suspect confessed that he was sentenced to death by “wanting to kill” and said that he referred to the Odakyu Line train incident in August.
