2021年3月6日，北京，友谊宾馆友谊宫聚英厅，暖意融融，交流热烈。
“70后、80后、90后、00后，他们走出去看世界之前，中国已经可以平视这个世界了”。习近平总书记看望参加全国政协会议的医药卫生界、教育界委员时的这席话，打动无数国人心。
一语越百年。“平视世界”刷屏的背后，是对“今日之中国，已非昨日之中国”的历史喟叹，是新时代中国人精神崛起的集中写照。
辉映新时代，中华民族的精神之光竞相闪耀——
撤侨紧急关头，“在你背后有伟大祖国”见证国家价值；扶贫攻坚路上，“一个都不能掉队”彰显公平底色；孟晚舟回国现场，全场高唱《歌唱祖国》，一个个经典场景，展现中国精神的挺拔。
从“最大留学潮”到“最大海归潮”，从“品牌就是外国好”到“国潮”成为新风潮，点滴变化，折射国人自信的回归。
人无精神则不立，国无精神则不强。
回望百年，中国共产党应运而生，中国人民谋求民族独立、人民解放和国家富强、人民幸福的斗争就有了主心骨，中国人民就从精神上由被动转为主动。
历数沧桑，党带领人民进行的伟大斗争经千辛而不败、越万难而不衰，就是因为不断觉醒、生长的伟大精神在支撑、引领和推动。
“实现中国梦必须弘扬中国精神。这就是以爱国主义为核心的民族精神，以改革创新为核心的时代精神。”习近平总书记强调。
党的十八大以来，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，党和国家事业取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革，为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供了“更为主动的精神力量”。

喀喇昆仑高原，加勒万河谷，河水滔滔，乱石嶙峋。
2020年6月，在这里，面对外军蓄意挑衅，“卫国戍边英雄”陈红军和战友顽强奋战，用生命筑成祖国的界碑……
誓言，穿越时空：“现在中国人民已经组织起来了，是惹不得的。如果惹翻了，是不好办的”！
面对美方霸凌威吓，始终有理有利有节，“中国已经做好准备迎接任何挑战”。
“最让我震撼的是，每一个中国人都有很强烈的责任担当和奉献精神。”近距离观察中国抗疫斗争，世界卫生组织赴中国考察专家组负责人深深感慨。
这是更加昂扬的志气：
“集中力量办好自己的事”“核心技术靠化缘是要不来的，必须靠自力更生”……
坚定不移走自己的道路，用更宽广的胸怀融入和影响世界——史诗般的征程中，贯穿的是奋发图强的志气，是自立自强的国风。
“精神是一个民族赖以长久生存的灵魂，唯有精神上达到一定的高度，这个民族才能在历史的洪流中屹立不倒、奋勇向前。”习近平总书记道出真谛。

2021年春天，一幅“两个辛丑年”的对比图在互联网上刷屏。
1901－2021，从签订《辛丑条约》时的丧权辱国，到新时代国际舞台上的昂扬自信，人们感叹穿越两个甲子，中国同世界关系的天翻地覆。
今天的中国，是中国之中国，更是人类之中国、未来之中国。
2017年新年伊始，习近平总书记出访瑞士。这是一次承载世界目光的访问——环顾世界，“逆全球化”思潮涌动，“黑天鹅”“灰犀牛”事件频频发生。陷入困顿和迷茫的人们，亟待拨开迷雾、通往未来的引领。
达沃斯——日内瓦，一路交流、一路倾听。“世界怎么了、我们怎么办？”习近平总书记说，“这是整个世界都在思考的问题，也是我一直在思考的问题。”

有人说，“大国注定创造伟大和永恒”。大国之大，就在于每当人类历史行进到十字路口，总能以非凡的思想智慧，指引人们沿着正确方向携手前行。

深切体察各国人民追求发展的强烈愿望，2013年秋，习近平总书记提出共建“一带一路”重大倡议。一石激起千层浪。8年间，从亚洲到欧洲，从非洲到拉美……141个国家、32个国际组织同中国签署“一带一路”合作文件，累计开展超过2000个项目，一幅和平、发展、合作、共赢的壮美画卷全面铺展。
今天，“一带一路”已成为世界最大规模的国际合作平台、最受欢迎的全球公共产品。因为有了“一带一路”，不少地方的人们才第一次喝上干净的水、用上安全的电、乘坐现代交通工具走出家门……
这是矢志不渝引领各国平等交流合作，打造全球伙伴关系网络的9年——
“志同道合是伙伴，求同存异也是伙伴”“大国要有大国的样子，要展现更多责任担当”……9年来，习近平总书记主张国家不分大小、强弱、贫富，都是国际社会平等一员；旗帜鲜明倡导构建相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系。
41次出访、足迹遍及五大洲69个国家；同来华参加主场外交活动的每位外国领导人会面；在国际会议上认真倾听每位与会者发言……从习近平总书记身上，世界看到了“朋友应有的样子”。
这是一以贯之引领各国共商共建共享，建设更加公正合理全球治理体系的9年——
从北京到杭州，从厦门到青岛，从上海到博鳌……9年来，习近平总书记亲自谋划部署，创新性开展一系列重大主场外交。发起成立亚投行，推动达成气候变化《巴黎协定》，携手制定联合国2030年可持续发展议程，率先宣布碳达峰碳中和目标……在全球治理的时代变革中，世界听到了更加响亮的中国声音，看到了更加进取的中国行动。
这还是坚定不移引领各国团结共克时艰、共创未来的9年——
无论是面对经济全球化的“存废之争”，还是面对多边主义的“何去何从”；无论是应对突如其来的疫情冲击，还是抵制霸权主义、强权政治、单边主义、保护主义逆流……习近平总书记始终牢牢把握时代潮流和世界大势，不畏浮云遮望眼，引领各国坚定站在历史正确的一边、人类进步的一边，走团结合作的人间正道。

“世界各国人民都生活在同一片蓝天下、拥有同一个家园，应该是一家人。”“只要是对全人类有益的事情，中国就应该义不容辞地做，并且做好。”

党的十八大，提出到2020年全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标。党的十九大，提出全面建成小康社会进入决胜期。
锚定宏伟目标，以习近平同志为核心的党中央在“四个全面”战略布局中，将全面建成小康社会置于引领地位，推动“五位一体”全面进步。
锁定艰巨任务，打响脱贫攻坚战，习近平总书记亲自上阵，全党上下五级书记共抓扶贫，25.5万个驻村工作队挺进一线，近200万名乡镇干部、数百万村干部倾力奋战，取得全面胜利。

党的十九大明确了实现第二个百年奋斗目标的战略安排，提出在全面建成小康社会的基础上，分两步走在本世纪中叶建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国。
2020年10月，党的十九届五中全会召开，对开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的第一个五年和2035年远景目标，作出顶层设计。
其作始也简，其将毕也必巨。中华民族伟大复兴绝不是轻轻松松、敲锣打鼓就能实现的，必须付出更为艰巨、更为艰苦的努力。
“现在，中国共产党团结带领中国人民又踏上了实现第二个百年奋斗目标新的赶考之路。”习近平总书记发出自信昂扬的政治宣言书、接续奋斗的时代动员令。
2021年5月，习近平总书记专题调研，谋划加快构建国家水网：“水网建设起来，会是中华民族在治水历程中又一个世纪画卷，会载入千秋史册。”
两个月后，川藏铁路林芝至拉萨段上，总书记研究西部边疆铁路网建设时语重心长：“全国的交通地图就像一幅画啊，中国的中部、东部、东北地区都是工笔画，西部留白太大了，将来也要补几笔，把美丽中国的交通勾画得更美。”
