Dubai, "Expo 2020 Dubai" has received 2,942,388 visits since its opening on the first of last October.

The visitor numbers included more than 100,000 school students, in light of the international event's intention to further stimulate young minds during the upcoming Knowledge and Learning Week from 12-18 December.

Last week, Expo 2020 Dubai celebrated the UAE Flag Day, when His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, raised the UAE flag.

The international event also celebrated the Honorary Day of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which hosted the Secretary-General of the Organization, Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen;
