The governor of the Novgorod region, Andrei Nikitin, extended the period of non-working days in the region for another week, while maintaining wages.

In the region, the previously introduced restrictions are preserved and new ones are added: the work of public catering, cinemas, concert halls and solariums is suspended.

The governor of the Tomsk region, Sergei Zhvachkin, extended the non-working days until November 15.

So, from November 8, residents of the region will need to present a certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 when visiting shopping and sports centers, hairdressing salons, cinemas, cultural institutions, catering establishments, as well as when checking into hotels.

In the Chelyabinsk Region, by decision of the operational headquarters, the non-working day regime was extended until November 12.

Until January 9, 2022, the entrance to public catering and cultural institutions of the region will be carried out using QR codes.

The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, announced the extension of non-working days until November 12.

The Governor of the Smolensk Region Alexei Ostrovsky extended the non-working days until November 10.
