He also stressed that neither Russia nor Belarus have ever been aggressors.

“Maybe some individual hotheads are hatching some plans, but I am far from thinking that someone will decide on this,” said the King.

In his opinion, in the Belarusian capital they call “saber rattling just as a provocation” and are not going to succumb to it.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko approved the Military Doctrine of the Union State.

On November 4, Putin and Lukashenko signed an integration decree approving the union programs of the two countries.
