In Russia, over the past day, 39 165 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected.

During this time, 26 806 people fully recovered, 1179 patients died.

The total number of COVID-19 cases registered in the country has reached 8 795 095. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 7 561 978 people have recovered in Russia, 246 814 patients have died.

We will remind, in Russia, by the decree of President Vladimir Putin, the days from October 30 to November 7 were declared non-working with the preservation of wages in order to slow down the spread of COVID-19.

In the capital and in a number of regions during non-working days, additional restrictive measures are in place to combat the coronavirus.

At the same time, the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation have the right to extend the non-working day regime, as well as to tighten or soften the current restrictions, based on the epidemiological situation.

Thus, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said earlier that the situation with COVID-19 in the capital allows not to introduce additional non-working days after November 7.

“The dynamics of the disease has stabilized, this applies to both the detection and hospitalization of a severe form.

This allows us to conclude that non-working days will not be extended from Monday, ”the mayor noted.

At the same time, he recalled that the city will have previously adopted measures to combat the infection, such as self-isolation for senior citizens and the transfer to remote work of 30% of employees of the capital's companies.

Museums and theaters will accept visitors only by QR codes.

The decision not to extend the non-working days has already been made by the authorities of a number of Russian regions.

So, the authorities of the Pskov region announced the return to normal work - at the same time, the region retains a system of QR codes, without which it is prohibited to visit public catering facilities, a water park, swimming pools, fitness centers, cultural events, museums, libraries and other entertainment organizations.
