06 November 2021 Ducati double in the Portuguese Moto GP qualifying: best time for Bagnaia, according to Miller, the seventh French champion Quartararo. Valentino Rossi only 16th.
This is the result of the qualifications for the race that will take place tomorrow, the penultimate act of the season. On the track after winning the title Fabio Quartararo in the lead with 267 points: behind him the fight for the (virtual) title of vice world champion, enclosed in just 50 points Bagnaia, Mir and Zarco.
So the Ducati rider, on the fifth pole: "I'm having a lot of fun on this track and we're working perfectly". "Since I understood - he added - how to take advantage of the launch lap to get the tires up to temperature as soon as possible, I always manage to be competitive in qualifying".
