Dubai Courts, represented by the Commercial Court, announced the creation of specialized judicial departments - under the name "Securities Disputes Department" - to settle disputes related to shares, bonds or other securities, in order to strengthen the judicial system and support its competitiveness to occupy a prominent position among the best global commercial judicial systems And achieving prompt justice in line with the developments witnessed by the Emirate of Dubai in all fields, and within the framework of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council, to form a law enforcement committee for financial markets in Dubai and to form two departments Within the Commercial Court for the speedy settlement of securities disputes.

Director General of Dubai Courts Tarish Eid Al-Mansoori said that the establishment of judicial departments specialized in securities disputes embodies the commitment and keenness of the Emirate of Dubai to support the trend towards specialization in judicial work, to raise the level of performance and achieve leadership and excellence, and to create a judicial system characterized by accuracy and speed in settling disputes between Litigants, in a way that guarantees their rights and contributes to enhancing investor confidence.

For his part, the President of the Commercial Court of the Dubai Courts, Judge Khaled Obaid Al-Mansoori, explained that the creation of specialized judicial departments in securities disputes serves the development of the procedures for adjudicating these disputes in a way that reflects the efforts of the Dubai Courts in working to speed up their settlement with an emphasis on the quality of performance.
