The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified the data on the suspects in the attack on a man with a child in New Moscow.

Colonel Alexei Lomanchuk, deputy chief of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts of the capital, spoke about the age of the detainees.

“Four suspects were detained by police officers in Moscow.

They turned out to be three citizens of Russia born in 2000, 2002 and 2003.

One man born in 2002 is a native of the near abroad, ”said Lomanchuk.

At the same time, as the department said in response to a request from RIA Novosti, "all four detainees are natives of one of the states of the Caucasus, three subsequently received Russian citizenship."

The suspects were officially employed as laborers.

This was announced by the head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Vladimir Vasenin on the air of the YouTube channel "Solovyov LIVE".

“These are citizens who work in Russia, they all have jobs, they are employed.

Three people had an official place of work.

This is a category of handymen, ”Vasenin said.

Recall that on the morning of November 5, a recording of an incident that took place in one of the microdistricts of New Moscow appeared in the media.

The video caught a fragment of a scuffle, during which a group of people attacked a man with a young child.

Subsequently, the Investigative Committee announced the start of a criminal investigation under the article on hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), which was initiated upon the fact of these events.

In the UK, they emphasized that by their actions the defendants created a threat to the life and health of a young child.

The Moscow prosecutor's office, in turn, announced on November 5 that the boy was four years old.

The agency also mentioned that, according to the father, one of the attackers hit the child on the cheek, while the other had an object that looked like a knife.

As new details of the incident emerged, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to re-qualify the actions of the attackers to the more serious article “Attempted Murder”.

In addition, the UK announced its intentions to check the detainees for involvement in other crimes.

It is clarified that confrontations were held with the suspects.

Law enforcement agencies also conducted searches in their places of actual residence.

The lawyer of one of the detainees, in turn, said that his client denied information about the use of a knife in a fight.

“My client Elnur Hasanov said that no one had used any knife in the conflict.

According to the investigation, Hasanov's brother took out the knife.

He added that his client does not admit guilt in the charges brought against him: "One of the videos was watched, and he claims that there is reason to believe that the conflict was provoked by the opposite side."

At the same time, the father of the child himself told the Ministry of Internal Affairs that the conflict occurred after one of the detainees specially hurt the child.

“It turned out that he was somehow touched, and specifically touched, hit on the cheek, respectively, like a father, I reacted to this, tried to protect and defend myself.

Then word by word, one took out a knife, respectively, began to wave it, began to run after us with this knife in public, "- said the child's father in a recording published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He continued, noting that his friend began to defend himself, ran after the attackers, and they, in turn, tried to hide from him.

After that, according to the man, he "took the child in an armful" and went home.

“But after that we met by chance before reaching the store, where the whole main fight began.

Somehow he saved himself and the child, he was sitting on his neck.

As quickly as possible, I took it off my neck and stood in front of him and started not talking to me, they just started beating me without talking, ”the man said.

The man's comrade, in turn, said that the father of the child was beaten by five or six people, and he, in response, suggested that the attackers fight one on one.

“But they constantly jumped from all sides, beat him in the head, inflicted bodily harm on him,” the man said.

He also mentioned that during the first skirmish, one of the attackers allegedly used a knife, but missed.
