"All four detainees are natives of one of the states of the Caucasus, three subsequently received Russian citizenship," - said in response to the agency's request.
Earlier, law enforcement agencies identified the man who suffered as a result of the attack in the Novye Vatutinki microdistrict in New Moscow.
At the same time, the prosecutor's office said that one of the attackers hit a four-year-old boy on the cheek, the other was with a knife.
A criminal case was initiated into the incident.
At the moment, all four attackers have been detained.
According to Alexei Lomanchuk, deputy chief of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Troitsk and NAO of the GUMVD of Russia in Moscow, three detainees born in 2000, 2002 and 2003 are Russian citizens, and one man born in 2002 is a citizen of another country.
