As noted, the attackers "not only beaten the man, but by their actions created a threat to the life and health of a young child."
Earlier, law enforcement agencies identified the man who suffered as a result of the attack in the Novye Vatutinki microdistrict in New Moscow.
On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art.
213 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Hooliganism").
To date, three attackers have been detained.
