On the Internet, a video is gaining popularity in which a young girl makes a remark to three migrants who decided to bask in the Eternal Flame.

Those in response are obscene.

As RT found out, the incident occurred in the city of Balabanovo in the Kaluga Region on October 1.

The heroine of the video is 15 years old, she goes to school, her name is Daria Parshina.

Two days after the incident, three citizens of Uzbekistan were detained and brought to administrative responsibility under Art.

20.1 (petty hooliganism) and 18.8 (violation of migration legislation) of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

A video recording of the interrogation of the detainees and their apologies has been published online.

“I consider this an insult to the indigenous inhabitants of the city of Balabanovo and the inhabitants of the Kaluga region.

I would like to apologize to the residents of the city of Balabanovo.

I am aware of my deed.

This behavior is unworthy and inadequate.

I would like to appeal to all my fellow countrymen to observe the traditions and laws of the Russian Federation, ”the detainees said.

RT spoke with Daria Parshina, who was not afraid to reprimand three migrants.

The girl told why she did not pass by that day.

- What time did the incident happen?

It was too late?

- It was somewhere around 19:00.

My friend and I walked past a shoe store.

Further post and eternal flame.

Passing near the Eternal Flame, we noticed three men who were warming themselves at it.

I told my friend: "Let's come and make a remark, because this is uncivilized."

- What did you tell them?

“I said:“ Young people, excuse me, please, you could not move away from the Eternal Flame, because this is not a fire to warm from it.

It's still a memory to our ancestors. "

But they did not move away, but began to swear at us and insult us.

Then they replied that they would not go anywhere and do what they want.

I said that I would take a picture of them, post them on social networks, and it would definitely not be to their advantage.

To which I was told, do what you want.

- What happened then?

- I photographed them, my friend and I stood and waited for them to leave.

After that I came home and uploaded the tape.

The next day the police started looking for them.

My post was noticed by a lot of people, and therefore everything went up.

- So you didn't call the police that day?

- No, I just published a post on social networks.

- Do you know where they were detained and how it was?

“I don’t know how they were found.

- Weren't you scared when they approached three adult male migrants?

- There were a lot of questions, as I was not afraid to say all this.

Do you know, if not me, then who?

I won’t fit, another man won’t fit, other girls won’t fit.

And everything will remain as it is.

And nothing will change.

In any case, someone had to do it.

There were people passing by, doing nothing, although they saw that we were talking to them.

Two men walked by.

Therefore, I adhere to the position that if not me, then who will do it?

No one.

Nobody needs it.

Of course, it's a shame that young people and adults often pass by and can only express their opinions via the Internet.

- Were you called to the police?

- Yes, for identification.

And in PDN, to tell in detail about this case.

- The identification took place behind the glass?

- No, my friend and I were close enough to them.

We saw them, they saw us.

- Do you know about their further fate?

- The police said they were deported.

- You were promised to be rewarded for your bravery?

- On Monday I was awarded a diploma from the city administration.

The day before, the headmaster summoned us and told us where and what time we had to be.

We arrived beautiful.

We were praised and rewarded.

- And what is written in the letter?

- Now I will read it to you.

“Letter of thanks from Daria Parshina.

Please accept my deep sincere gratitude for the shown civic position and assistance in maintaining public order in the city of Balabanovo.

I wish you health, continued success and prosperity. "

- Are you generally a person with an active lifestyle?

- You can say yes.

I am an active person.

I need to be everywhere.

In competitions, in all events.

So yes, I am that kind of person.

- How did your parents react to the situation?

- I don't have a dad.

I am raised only by my mother, we live together.

It is the same: if there is injustice, it will never pass by.

Mom has taught me the same since childhood.

After this incident, she was very worried, but she understands that if I had not approached, it would have been the same.

There was already such a case in the winter, when we walked with my mother.

Near the Eternal Flame, young people shouted obscene language, dried their shoes and listened to music through a speaker.

My mother and I also approached and made comments.

We do not feel hostility towards visitors, but when we go beyond what is permitted, we will not tolerate it either, we will express our position.
