The police were alerted to an address in Stångebro in central Linköping shortly after 6 pm on Wednesday evening.

It is a teenage boy who was injured and taken to hospital.
The damage situation is unclear and we do not know exactly what happened at the moment, says Dennis Johansson Strömberg, spokesman for the police region East.
The person with gunshot wounds is between 15 and 18 years old.
The police were initially silent about the incident and the circumstances are still unclear.

The crime scene has been cordoned off and several police patrols are at the site where a technical investigation is being carried out.
