Welcome to episode 184 of the FAZ Objection Podcast!

Just in time for the beginning of the dreary month of November there is again a longer corona block: The "epidemic situation of national scope" will soon expire, the traffic light parties no longer want to extend it.

But what does that mean in concrete terms for the corona measures in winter?

In addition: The Federal Court of Justice has made it clear that family courts are not responsible for the mask requirement and mass tests at German schools.

The Federal Fiscal Court, on the other hand, makes short work of it: it has revoked the non-profit status of a corona denier association.

Other topics: The ECJ imposed a record fine on Poland and the Federal Council is discussing the rent brake.

And of course we will vote for the "fair judgment of the week" again.
