More than 2,000 flights have been canceled on American Airlines alone over the past weekend.




Flight cancellations that started on the 28th of last month due to bad weather at Texas Airport continued in a chain, causing turmoil in various places.

The reason for the massive flight cancellations is that airlines have drastically cut staff after the COVID-19 pandemic. .

In August, Spirit Airlines canceled 2,800 flights, and last month, Southwest Airlines also canceled 2,000 flights.
