At Danderyd Hospital alone, 41 out of 72 midwives have resigned. It is Nicole Silverstolpe, Region Stockholm's new maternity coordinator who will find solutions to the crisis. On Tuesday, she visited SVT's Aktuellt to tell how they will get the midwives to stay.
