No criminal statement has been issued so far, but a Taliban spokesman told NHK that the crime was believed to have been committed by the opposing militant group IS = Islamic State, and four members of the armed group. And revealed that he had detained at least one person.



The hospital that was attacked had 400 beds, and Taliban fighters were also hospitalized, so it was attacked by IS four years ago, killing 30 people.



Since September, when the Taliban launched a provisional government in Afghanistan, there have been a series of suicide bombings and attacks by the IS in opposition to the Taliban, and the Ministry of Interior under the Taliban is conducting an investigation.
