It was a campaign promise from Valérie Pécresse, the Île-de-France region is offering, from this Tuesday, a flat-rate aid to Ile-de-France residents who would like to install a security device in their homes.

As part of the fight against burglaries and for security, this premium is valid for the purchase of an alarm, detectors, sensors, cameras or control screens intended to protect the home against the intrusion and theft.

Devices such as renting or subscribing to a remote monitoring system or guarding are not taken into account by this aid.

To benefit from this assistance, you must be an individual from the Ile-de-France region, owner or tenant, living in individual housing (apartments are therefore excluded), and whose main residence is located in the region.

Only one aid can be paid per tax household.

Depending on resource conditions

Another condition to be able to benefit from the aid, the expenses incurred must be a minimum amount of 100 euros including tax.

Above all, and contrary to the announcements of the president of the region who said she did not want to exclude certain households, aid is only granted to Ile-de-France residents whose benchmark tax income is equal to or less than 46,460 euros.

To request this assistance, you must submit a file on the dedicated online platform and provide the requested documents.

All invoices dated from July 22, 2021 are taken into account.

This type of assistance is not unprecedented since the departmental council of Oise is already offering assistance of 300 euros for the purchase of an anti-intrusion alarm for these inhabitants.
